Collaborative Research
The KCPC has collaborative links with both Australian and international groups. The collaboration arrangements include cotutelle students, short- and long-term visits by senior undergraduate and research (graduate) students and postdoctoral fellows, exchanges of researchers and access to research facilities. These collaborative arrangements have led to progress on the KCPC's core research projects and have resulted in former KCPC researchers being located all around Australia and the world.
International collaboration
Collaborative and/or exchange programs are in place with the following institutions:
- Technical University of Eindhoven, Netherlands (Emulsion Polymerization Centre, SEP)
- Dongguk University, Korea
A new agreement was signed in the KCPC on March 24 2005 by Professor Euy Soo Lee, Professor R G Gilbert and Professor Myung Cheon Lee, for collaboration between Dongguk's Center for Advanced Colloidal Materials and the KCPC.
- Chulalongkorn University, Thailand
Collaboration with other Australian Centres
Other groups throughout the world study polymer colloids. The International Polymer Colloids Group acts as a clearing house for information on polymer colloids.
